Award-winning email management platform improves e-discovery, archive scheduling and PST management

SPRINGFIELD, MASS. – December 1st, 2008 C2C, a leading provider of email, data and file management solutions, today announced a new version of its award-winning Archive One for Exchange that incorporates significant enhancements to policy-based management and compliance. The latest version, includes improvements and new features for message search and discovery on Exchange servers, and simplifies meeting regulatory requirements.
New features include:
- Uncoupled PST management
- Archive One now finds, processes and archives uncoupled PST files (PST files not associated with an Outlook profile), including subfolders. This feature ensures that “rogue” PST files on the network are handled in accordance with company or regulatory policy.
- Full support for Unicode character sets Archive One now fully supports Unicode character sets for searching, criteria matching and more to enhance policy-based management.
- Enhanced control C2C has strengthened archive procedures for more robust management and further checking of data integrity
- Enhanced scheduling Archive One 5.6 includes a number of improvements to make scheduling archive operations easier, adding greater consistency to Microsoft Exchange
- Support for Windows Server 2008 Archive One now fully supports 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Server 2008.
- Support for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 Archive One now fully supports Exchange Server 2007 SP1, and complements SP1’s baked-in tools that manage internal compliance and high availability needs.
