TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER/SPECIALIST C2C are developers of Messaging applications for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. We need a Technical Support Engineer/Specialist to work with our customers and resellers in pres-sales and support role. You are probably working for a Software House, Systems Integrator or in an End-User's central IT department, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a software environment. You should be diplomatic, customer focused and have a good phone and on-site manner. Your role will include presentation of our products to customers on-site, providing technical consultancy on MS Exchange and messaging products on customer sites, phone support in guiding customers with installation and problem resolution, liaising with development and supporting the sales team. Ideally your background should be technical and include knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Outlook with reasonable Windows 2000 skills and an interest in new technologies. Product training will be given, but you should either be an MCP/MCSE or you will be expected to attain MCP status within sixmonths.
