SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Location: Springfield, MA, USA
About the Role
- Reporting to the Technical Services Manager
- Provide excellent technical support to C2C customers throughout the US
- Assist with general technical operations of the company
- To be involved with the product strategy of C2C
Current Role
The likely candidates current role could be:
- A support engineer / consultant for a systems integration company, being responsible for messaging strategies
- A tester / developer in a messaging company, looking to broaden career
Skills and Experience
The candidate must have the following skills:
- Microsoft Certified Professional qualification
- Working knowledge of Exchange Server
- Experience of Windows networks and servers (managing / deploying / migrating / supporting)
- Experience of a busy support environment for a software vendor or systems integrator
- Excellent client facing skills, experience of working on client sites
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong support / customer service ethic
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to build strong working relationships (with remote colleagues)
The candidate should have the following skills:
- Good understanding of Active Directory (schema, DC’s, GCS’s, GPO’s)
- General understanding of networking (DNS, firewalls, routers, VPNs)
- General understanding of web applications / ASP / VB script
- Understanding of email applications and marketplace
Salary Range
The salary for this role is dependant upon experience, but is likely to be the range of $35 - $50K plus standard company benefits.

CHANNEL SALES MANAGER
