C2C’s Archive One Email Archiving Solution Is Certified with Plasmon’s UDO Archive Appliance Archive One and UDO® optimize Microsoft Exchange email system resource 12 December 2006 C2C has completed certification of Plasmon’s UDO Archive Appliance within their Archive One email archiving product line.  The Archive One product suite provides email lifecycle management for Microsoft Exchange environments, offloading older records to the UDO Archive Appliance for secure long-term storage.

The UDO Archive Appliance acts as a transparent storage repository for Archive One.  Email data that requires secure, long-term, retention is directed to the UDO Archive Appliance by the C2C software.  The UDO True Write Once (WORM) media technology complements the management and compliance features within Archive One, providing very stable long-term storage with unquestioned record authenticity.  An email archiving strategy that includes the UDO Archive Appliance contributes to risk mitigation, dramatically reduces storage costs, and improves overall system performance.
