“Enterprises are quick to recognize the value of Archive One as a means to reducing risk, optimizing integrity and minimizing email compliance issues. An installation as sizable as their latest petrochemical customer, with 60,000 seats vaults C2C into a position of being a strong market contender, and demonstrates that the company is able to provide the support resources required by an environment of this size while remaining nimble and flexible enough to adapt to other business conditions.”

It is really nice to come across a product that does just 'what it says on the box', and Archive one Policy does just that; IT analyses email data that is hosted within Microsoft Exchange, IM, and RSS feeds, and (where data meets a defined criteria) archive or delete it as appropriate. It is this simplicity of focus and C2Cs detailed understanding of Exchange that enables the Wizard-based deployment and effectiveness of the solution.... which not only reduces time and therefore costs; it also reduces risk, by removing opportunity for human error or oversight.
