Search & Discovery

C2C provides utilities for enforcing policy, search and discovery of un-indexed (unarchived) email, automation of housekeeping tasks and permissions management.

Our content-searching rule-set is intuitive and menu-driven yet provides thousands of possible search criteria when combined. Under production conditions, six million emails an hour have been searched for legally required discovery.

Search & Discovery:

• Enforces email policy and reduces the legal risk associated with email by searching public folders, mailboxes, local and central .PST files, and attachments
• Reduces time required to respond to disclosure requests
• Finds mislaid or even deleted information
• Meets Freedom of Information law email search requests

Archive One for Discovery was designed to assist with the US Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) rule changes which took effect December 1st 2006. These new rules require that companies involved in US civil litigation must meet within 30 days of the filing of the lawsuit and agree on how to handle electronic data, including emails and decide which records are to be shared, as well as on a definition for "accessible data.
